2. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale govern the purchase, through this platform, of online courses, packs and subscriptions (the “services”) offered by the Asociación Almeriense de Meditación, Mindfulness y Bienestar Integral under the Mindfulness para todos brand.

Confirming a purchase on the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Services offered

Through the platform you can purchase:

• Online mindfulness and MBSR® courses, with access to videos, guided meditations and downloadable materials
• Packs bundling several courses or meditations at a combined price
• Recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) with continued access to the content library while active

The description, duration, price and features of each service are shown on its corresponding page before you confirm the purchase.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include, where applicable, the taxes required under current regulations. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting purchases already confirmed.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the same price, unless we notify a price change with reasonable notice or you cancel the renewal.

5. Payment method and confirmation

Payment is processed through the secure Stripe payment gateway, using a credit or debit card or any other method it enables. We do not store your full card details.

The purchase is considered confirmed once payment is processed successfully. You will receive an email with proof of purchase and, depending on the service, access to the content will be activated immediately in your account.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer, you generally have a 14 calendar day period to withdraw from a purchase without any justification, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spanish consumer law).

This right does not apply:

• to digital content (courses, recorded meditations) whose performance has begun with your prior, express consent, whereby you accept losing the right of withdrawal once access has started;
• to services already fully performed, when performance has begun with your prior consent and you have been informed that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully executed.

You can cancel your subscription's automatic renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no refund for periods already enjoyed.

Where a refund applies, it will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within the maximum legally established period.

7. Access to content

Access to courses and content is granted on a personal, non-transferable basis, for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reproducing, distributing or transferring the content to third parties without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Nature of the services

The courses and content offered are educational and aimed at training and personal wellbeing. They do not constitute psychological therapy, medical treatment or clinical intervention, and do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional when needed.

9. Complaints

You can address any complaint about a purchase to our email address. As a consumer, you also have the right to use official complaint forms or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of the city of Almería, or to the consumer's domicile where the law so requires.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms of sale to adapt them to legislative developments or changes in the services offered. The terms applicable to each purchase are those in force at the time of confirmation.
