Yes, all resources on this page are completely free. They're designed so anyone can start a mindfulness practice at no cost.

Do I need previous meditation experience?

No, these resources are designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. If it's your first time, we recommend starting with the "Start here" section and following the more basic practices.

How much should I practice mindfulness each day?

To begin, 5-10 minutes a day is enough. Consistency matters more than duration. Over time you can increase to 20-30 minutes if you wish. What matters is building a sustainable habit.

Do these resources replace an MBSR course?

Does mindfulness help with anxiety and stress?

Yes, there's abundant scientific evidence showing that regular mindfulness practice helps reduce stress and anxiety levels. However, if you experience severe anxiety, it's advisable to consult a mental health professional.
